Tasty Chicken Pie

Recipe Ingredients
(serves 4)
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, diced
2 tbsp flour
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
310 g corn kernels, drained
2 sheets filo pastry
How to Make
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Heat butter in a saucepan and cook vegetables for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in Evaporated Milk then add oregano and MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder. Bring to the boil, stirring, then add chicken and corn and simmer 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer pie filling to a 20cm pie plate. Scrunch pastry sheets and sit them on top.
5. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Serve immediately.
