Dombeya releases six new wines
Dombeya, the award winning wine brand made on Stellenbosch property Haskell Vineyards, has launched their new vintage wines and introduced the maiden vintage of the Dombeya 2008 sparkling Shiraz. Yes, a sparkling Shiraz! By upping the sugar content of the wine, tannins were softened leaving you with a full and round mouthfeel, nicely balanced with crisp acidity. Shiraz is quite an unusual varietal for sparkling wine and we suggest you try it; drink it ice cold in summer and winter. The sparkling Shiraz will be available exclusively from the cellar door and the Long Table Restaurant on the farm.
