Chef Gregory Czarnecki’s Kingklip with curry sauce, coriander, mango and apple, served on wild rice, is sure to warm you up this winter.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
800 g fresh Kingklip, cut into four portions
Half of one ripe mango
Half of one Granny Smith apple
8 sundried tomatoes
1 red pepper, cooked confit
120 g wild rice
Garlic
Thyme
Bay leaf
Half a bunch of coriander
1 onion
Curry powder
1 tin of coconut milk
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
