Easy Peasy Super Stuffed Potatoes

Papas rellenas is the Spanish name for stuffed potatoes, a traditional dish in Peruvian cuisines. This stuffed potato recipe requires only 6 ingredients and is super easy to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 potatoes
500g ground beef
1 packet Ina Paarman cheese sauce
1 tomato
2 onions
1/2 cup Sour Cream

Method

.Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Microwave on HIGH 14 min. or just until tender, turning after 7 min.

2.Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add cheese sauce, tomatoes and onions; cook for 5 min until mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

3.Split potatoes; mash insides with fork. Top with meat mixture and sour cream.
