Rietvallei Estate Partners with Protea Cricketers
Rietvallei Estate and John B Wines will be involved in the Test Series between the Proteas and Australia!! Rietvallei Estate formed a partnership with Big Sports Management (BSM) earlier this year and has been involved with their players and events.
Rietvallei Estate Wines and John B Wines are the official wines of BSM who manages some of South Africa’s Top Cricketers as well as young upcoming stars. With the start of the first Test between South Africa and Australia they partnered with Jacques Rudolph and Mark Boucher in a competition to WIN their Wines. They went a step further and also put their Logo’s on the bats of Jacques and Mark for the First Test.
“Mark and Jacques are two legends of the South African game. Both are making a return to the Test Side and what better team to play than the Aussies in our backyard? Brendon Bigara, BSM, has been amazing in supporting ideas and plans to use Sport as a medium to build our brands. We sat down and discussed opportunities to be more visible and involved with the game and supporting Mark Boucher and Jacques Rudolph came along. Personally I am extremely excited to see our Logo’s on their bats and to get the supporters involved in predicting their Runs and Dismissals. I believe that this is a FIRST for any Wine Brand in SA as well,” says Marketing Manager Colyn Truter.
