New from Waterkloof Wines: False Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2011
“If you believe the old farmers, then the thunder storms of a couple of weekends ago have finally signalled that summer is on its way. I reckon that is not a moment too soon, as winter seemed to drag on forever this year. False Bay Sauvignon Blanc is an wine that is perfect for these upcoming summer days. Fresh and crisp, with a low alcohol level of only 12%, it is a perfect partner as you relax and watch the sun set over the horizon. We have worked hard this year to bring even more freshness and life to the False Bay whites, so try them and let us know if you agree!” Werner Engelbrecht, Cellar Master
THE VINEYARDS
Our production areas include sites in the Perdeberg, Durbanville and Stellenbosch, which provide our wine with its delicious flavours and crisp acidity. These vineyards allow for slower ripening, a greater natural concentration of flavours and long finish.
